A hand-forged terracotta bas-relief on hemp canvas, created in 2020. The surface, textured with gypsum and acrylics in soft ivory and stone-gray tones, frames a sculpted heart radiating with light and presence. Finished with wax, the work combines earthy tactility with a luminous palette, evoking both purity and resilience.
