Dario Caruso - pittore contemporaneo

Caruso Dario nasce a Catania il 19 settembre 1987, la sua formazione professionale ha inizio a Catania presso l'istituto statale d'arte con la specializzazione in arti visive e beni culturali, sperimenta il graffitismo per 10 anni e avvia la sua ricerca ed evoluzione artistica per creare uno stile autentico che miscelasse l'arte urbana con le tecniche utilizzate dai grandi maestri del 900' che studiava al liceo.

Dopo il diploma si trasferisce a Urbino, dove frequenta l'accademia di belle arti specializzandosi in pittura per due anni, si cimenta con le tecniche miste e l'areosol art utilizzando grandi formati su cui dipingere, successivamente decide di trasferirsi a Milano dove frequenta l'accademia di belle arti di Brera.

Nel corso degli anni ha maturato nuove tendenze creative avvicinandosi al mondo del tatuaggio e sconfinando nel Design pur rimanendo radicato alla street art.

Catapultato in una realtà totalmente diversa a cui era abituato si trasferisce nel quartiere di Nolo, dove sono presenti piu di 157 nazionalità diverse.

Inspirato e influenzato dalla multietnicità crescente nel tessuto urbano in cui vive, cerca di catturarne l'essenza arricchendo le sue opere di forme e colori provenienti da terre lontane.

Dipinge nel suo poliedrico universo artistico che si sviluppa come un racconto racchiudendo una chiave di lettura molto personale, raffigura dei bizzarri soggetti fiabeschi guidati da misteriose bolle che inondano le sue opere, trovandosi a metà strada tra la vita e la morte.

Caruso Dario was born on September 19 ,1987 in Catania, Sicily. Hid professional training began in Catania at the state institute of art with a specialization in visual arts and cultural heritage, he experimented with graffiti for 10 years and started his research and artistic evolution to create an authentic style that blends urban art with the techniques used by the great masters of the 20th century who studied in high school.

After graduation he moved to Urbino, Marche,where he attended the academy of fine arts specializing in painting for two years, he experimented with mixed techniques and aerosol art using large formats on which to paint, then decided to move to Milan where he attended Brera Academy of Fine Arts.

Over the years he has developed new creative trends approaching the world of tattooing and trespassing in Design while remaining rooted in street art.

Catapulted into a totally different reality to which he was accustomed he moved to the district of Nolo, where there are more than 157 different nationalities.

Inspired and influenced by the growing multi-ethnicity in the urban fabric in which he lives, he tries to capture its essence by enriching his works with shapes and colors coming from distant lands.

He paints in his multifaceted artistic universe that develops like a story, enclosing a very personal interpretation, he represents bizarre fairy-tale subjects guided by mysterious bubbles that flood his works, finding himself halfway between life and death.
