Vive e opera a Civitella D'Agliano provincia di Viterbo. Nonostante manifesti fin da bambino la grande passione per l'arte, il disegno e la pittura, terminate le scuole d'obbligo viene avviato dai genitori agli studi scientifici, invece  di quelli artistici come avrebbe preferito. Tuttavia, il sacro fuoco dell'arte non cessa di ardere in lui, anzi all'arte dedica tutto il suo tempo acquisendo negli anni grande esperienza, sperimentando varie tecniche personali nella esecuzione dei suoi lavori, frequentando corsi privati di pittura e scultura, all'Accademia di Terni, per ampliare il suo già notevole bagaglio di conoscenza. Terminati gli studi universitari e conseguita la laurea in Farmacia , quel sacro fuoco arde in lui più che mai, tant'è che all'arte dedica la sua vita, divenendo un attivo protagonista della vita artistica nazionale, partecipando a mostre e rassegne nazionali ed internazionali di grande importanza,ottenendo premi e riconoscimenti. Giuliano Rossi, a degree in pharmacy, Painter, Poet, Sculptor, Engraver and Chart was born in 1955 in Faleria (VT), February 23. Lives and works in Vetulonia, ancient Etruscan city in the province of Grosseto. The city of reference on which insists its formation are Rome, Florence and Venice. Despite the manifest since childhood passion for art, drawing and painting, is started by the parents to scientific studies, rather than artistic ones as he would have preferred.
