Hello! My name is Yasmina Ouarda Salazar and I was born in Malaga, a bright coastal city on the Mediterranean. Since I was little, I have been immersed in the world of art, drawing and painting self-taught. My style is characterized by being naive and having intense colors, which allows me to create scenes of exquisite landscapes and idyllic corners.

Artistic Career
Since my childhood, I have had the privilege of participating in various competitions. Some of my most notable exhibitions have been at the U.N.E.D and at the Museum of History of Melilla la Vieja, the Ciudadela, both located in Melilla. These experiences have allowed me to share my art with a broader audience and connect with other artists.
Recognitions and Participations
I have had the honor of participating in the international selection of the Luxembourg Art Prize in the years 2021, 2022 , 2023, and also in this year. This year, I exhibited for PitturiAmo at the Galerie Thuillier in Paris. Furthermore, thanks to Artbox.Projects, I have had the opportunity to exhibit in European cities such as Palma, Venice, Basel and Zurich.
Publications and Media
My work has been recognized in several publications, such as the magazine “La pluma del tiempo ” and “Above the Fog.” Last year, I was lucky enough to be interviewed by local television in Melilla for the Gente Extraordinaria program, where I was able to talk about my passion for art and my pictorial approach.
