 Mincio ART was born in 2018 in the form of a national painting competition with the aim of promoting and enhancing contemporary pictorial art, giving artists a space of visibility and voice compared to a conventional, impersonal and standardized reading of our times.

 The review is a free theme, with free techniques and multi-material applications and provides for the assignment of the numerous prizes up for grabs.
