Natt - contemporary painter

Mauro Predasso, alias Natt, was born in Genoa, where he began his maritime career as Long Course Captain . And and it is while sailing along the ocean routes that he paints his first oil on canvas. When he changes his way of life he moves to Rome, and the artistic flair that characterizes him has new ways to express itself.

Today his painting is a new moment of grace for him: it's in the miniatures on gold leaf, result of a detailed technical almost photographic, that he invents a personal form of artistic communication, with which he presents us glimpses of sea and Tuscan villages exalted in all their brightness and peculiar beauty.

His exhibition website www.mauropre.it has also a section that allows the customer to commission miniatures on gold with subjects chosen by himself.
