Description

Venanzio Berton was born in Milan. He specializes in the area of the audiovisuals and commercials made of cartoons. After working in large and medium-small agencies in his city, in the 70s he began as a cartoonist and art director illustrator. he began to paint in the early 90s, inspired by Valerio Adami. He personalizes his style by transferring a pictorial graphic genre deriving from his professional experiences onto canvas.

In his works there is an ironic and impactful iconographic reading of the American 1960s Pop Art by Roy Lichtenstein.
