First painting created for the 2024 exhibition by invitation of the Municipality of Meolo (VE).

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Franca presented “Women from Behind: Backs, Trunks, Lives, and Colors”, a work born from her collaboration with the municipal administration to celebrate the contemporary and local feminine universe.

The back, the undisputed protagonist, rises like a supporting column, the trunk that encloses the life experience of each individual. Shoulders, neck, and posture reveal subtle nuances of the portrayed women’s personalities.

Through the choice of colors and atmospheres, the artist creates impressions that drift between the abstract and the metaphysical.
