Description

The work consists of two separate but linked paintings, developing a size of 140x70cm. The first work is a gash that separates two worlds and is made with dry acrylic paint on a material composition made with acrylic plaster. The other is a (tactile) sun with lamina and copper plating that illuminates the earth below with its colors. It too is made with wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry acrylic. The earth is represented by acrylic plaster mixed with sand subsequently painted white.
