This picture is part of a series inspired by the landscapes and territories of Southeast Asia, places we love and we both crossed over and over again. This abstract image represents, with a synthetic language that almost resembles the decoration of a fabric, the terraces of Guangxi, southern China, in the Ping'an area, a small mountain center, as the title recalls. Nature is drawn by man in an extremely geometric way; Every glimpse is in reality a work of art made by a laborious and ingenious people.
