The face of Jesus after his death

A sculpture depicting the face of Jesus after his death, made for Holy Saturday. The face deliberately does not depict wounds, because the suffering has already passed and what remains is the expectation of resurrection. Jesus' death is the last material fact of his life, then faith begins.
