Tree of life

Description

This work is born from the experimentation of different techniques and materials, such as make-up pigments and buttons, which are discreetly integrated into the composition. The light, a key element of the work, does not come from an external source, but emanates directly from the pigments used, creating an effect of internal luminescence.

The Tree of Life, a symbol present in different cultures with different names, is universally recognized as a source of life. In the work, the four primordial elements - air, water, earth and fire - support the tree and connect it to the surrounding world. Water and the sun (fire) promote its growth, the earth nourishes it and the air makes it an integral part of nature.
