Never made the fog before! And it certainly shows for some, for others perhaps not! I wanted to try to make a purely invented landscape, without photographs in front, but that recalled any path in the woods. As I worked on the painting using the wet-on-wet technique, I thought that anything could come out of this haze. Not necessarily a wolf or a little red riding hood, too banal, but perhaps a poet? A dear of mine? An unexpressed affection or desire ... perhaps a regret or perhaps something beautiful, who knows.
