The Light Side of the Moon: A work that combines mystery and beauty in a fascinating depiction of the raven under a full pink moon. Inspired by the film "The Crow", this painting explores the contrast between darkness and light through the evocative image of a raven with spread wings, dominated by a vibrant pink full moon.

Initially, I had created a red background with some writing, but I wasn't satisfied with the result. So, I decided to replace it with a pink moon to create a sharp contrast and make the raven figure stand out. The moon, with its unusual hue, amplifies the sensation of surrealism and drama of the work, offering a breathtaking backdrop for the raven that stands majestically at the center of the scene.

The title The Light Side of the Moon is a reference to the iconic album “The Dark Side of the Moon”, reflecting a play of contrasts and atmospheres that characterizes the work. This painting invites us to reflect on the dualities of light and darkness, the known and the unknown.
