Biography

Anna Agangi makes oil and acrylic paintings, and charcoal drawings. She loves still life painting and vistas of her own land. Anna was born in Alba, Italy, in 1977 and obtained her MSc degree in Art History from the University of Turin. While studying, she became involved in painting and developed both her creative and restoration skills. She attended the art studio of G. A. Gasparin for several years, where she learned drawing, oil painting and restoration techniques. For several years, she has done commission painting and exposed in Piedmont. From 2006 she left painting to focus on the study of restoration and found work at a well-known studio in Turin. In 2017 she went back to painting; her work expresses a search for serenity, her love for classics and for the past.
