Design County - contemporary paintress

Following studies of Interior Design at the IID, Istituto Italiano di Design of Perugia, she obtained a degree in Set Designer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia (110/110) and Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at the Stogea Business School of Bologna. She has also studied History Of Music at the Conservatoire F.Morlacchi, Perugia. In order to grow professionally, she continues to update her skills both in Italy and abroad. The Academic Courses at the UAL - University of the Arts of London - have been particularly important. She continues her specialization studies in Musicology at Pavia University.

She has been working all over Italy for over 15 years in the areas of Retail, Design, Events and Art. She has collaborated with Businesses, Shops, Fairs, Art Galleries, Event Managers and Schools. In April 2006 she received the prestigious "Maestro Vetrinista" National Award for "Italia Vetrina nel Mondo", which allows her to develop important collaborations both as a Teacher and Consultant, with prestigious Companies, Academies and Fairs both in Italy and abroad, including : Paul & Shark, Ingram, Busatti, Luisa Spagnoli, Kemon, Polimoda Firenze, Accademia Italiana Firenze, Confcommercio and Confesercenti Italy, Toscana Formazione, Ial Toscana, Università dei Sapori Perugia, Istituto Luigi Einaudi Bolzano.

She works as a VM Freelance in UK, where she carries out most of her professional activity.
The Renaissance is a source of inspiration.  Her home town, Sansepolcro, in Tuscany, gave birth to Piero della Francesca, one of the most emblematic artists of the History Of Art. She really loves Great Britain and in particular Scotland and often  makes  this country her inspiration in  Artistic and Design Projects.

She was very busy working as an Art Curator in 41 different activities between May 2012 and October 2017. She toured the whole of Italy with "All You Need Is Paint", Contemporary Art Exhibition dedicated to the Beatles, presented in many important locations. The project is made up of 80 works by selected artists, both national and international. In August 2016 the exhibition was presented in Liverpool during the prestigious "INTERNATIONAL BEATLES WEEK".

The Scenographical Installation created by Silvia Chialli called "LIVERPOOL CALLING” was signed by Pete Best, the Beatles' first drummer, and Freda Kelly the Beatles' secretary, during one of the Beatles Days organized by the "Beatlesiani d'Italia Associati. Since June 2018 she is a Member of the British Display Society (LBDS). (Members are selected through the professional recognition of the Company, whose work and results are judged to comply with the high standards required by the Company). Since March 2019, the Magazine of the British Association dedicates quarterly news about the profession of Silvia Chialli, illustrating all the projects carried out in the field of Design, Visual Merchandising, Exhibitions and Events.
