The 'Fluid painting' series is the artists' last experiment. She is attempting to use resins and acrylics to achieve abstract paintings that often recall aerial views or the colours that she loves the most: those of her homeland, Sardinia, or those of her new home, Qatar. “There is a lot of trial and error and I am enjoying the journey. In fluid painting canvas are alive. You can choose the colours, give them the direction you like, but you cannot control the whole process. Therefore the process itself is the focus of the artwork”.
