Conceptual work from 2001 in a psychic / dream / surrealist setting.
A rhyming sentence is written on the back of the canvas which gives one of the many possible explanations:
Under the black sky
illuminated by the moon and some white candles
around a papyrus that reveals all my mysteries
seed of the flowering shrub,
there is the fantastic creature
who watches in the dark night
to fight the pitfalls of life
who try to take away the joy in the world that has almost disappeared.
Even if the wings have now been torn off
don't get stuck here
because YOU CAN STILL FLY !!!
