These are the words shouted by General George Armstrong Custer (1839-1876) to his 5 companies of cavalry in sight of the Indian tents at the Little Bighorn, according to the testimony of trumpeter John Martin, the last to see Custer and his men alive. John saved himself from the extermination of his company because he was sent by the General to bring a message to Captain Benteen, who was reconnaissance in the area with 3 other companies of the 7th Cavalry, asking for reinforcements and ammunition.
