The warm yellows juxtaposed against the cooler purples create a sense of balance, while the bold reds inject energy into the composition. This vibrant palette not only captivates the eye but also stirs the soul, prompting reflections on the emotions tied to each hue.

This work was presented to the Premio Artista d Europa , Venice, 6-16 December 2025, having been awarded on this occasion. I have painted this work having the idea of Icarus flying to the bright sun
