Description

This painting was born from a deep need: to transform a long state of waiting into color and form. After challenging years, marked by the constant tensions of bradyseism that have so challenged our land and our daily lives, I felt the need to paint the search for a new stability, a true "waiting for quiet" and freedom. The house, with the vibrant strength of its warm red and orange tones, represents refuge and resilience; the marine horizon and the empty chair facing the water symbolize the confident expectation of a new beginning, a new inner repositioning. Through a combination of oil and acrylic on cardboard, I sought to imprint the living substance of this hope on the surface.
