Panorama of my Pizzo

Description

The artist paints the panorama of the terrace overlooking the sea of the town of Pizzo in Calabria. The location is one of the author's favorites with a view of the town's marina nestled between the historic center and Gioacchino Murat's castle. The eye sweeps far into the sunset towards the city of Vibo and the view of the Stromboli volcano in the background. The setting sun is in the winter position. The figure contemplating the whole is still and fascinated by the sight.
