Title: The Embrace of the Peaks and the River

​Description:

​"I created this painting (42 x 47 cm), as shown in 1000636040.jpg, starting from an idea of ​​primordial contrast: the vertical and immobile force of the snow-capped peaks versus the rapid horizontal movement of the glacial stream.

​To give substance and realism to the majesty of the mountains in the background, I combined oil with gesso. This combination allowed me to achieve a decidedly textured and thick layer, capable of capturing the true roughness of the rock and ice under a deep blue sky.

​In the foreground, the stream contrasts with the static nature of the stone and is rendered with rapid brushstrokes of cobalt blue and iridescent white, conveying the energy and speed of the foaming water. The dark green of the fir trees frames the scene, creating a visual tunnel that draws the gaze directly into the white heart of the mountain. For me, this work represents wild serenity of uncontaminated nature, where my signature is integrated on the right as if it were a natural detail of the meadow."
