CV

Born on February 16, 1987 in Varese, passing through Turin and making Milan her adopted city, Chiara Ceddia is a visual artist whose passion for figurative arts has been a constant since a young age, with a particular affinity for the world of comics, which will deeply influence her.

Her initial artistic debut led her to share her works on the website heykiddo.com, subsequently exploring new ways to express her creativity by cultivating a highly personal style that blends traditional drawing with the possibilities of digital technology.

Her collaboration with the portal “Imperfetta Project” has reflected this unique fusion, emphasizing her constant inspiration: women. Embracing their diversity and uniqueness, Ceddia's works aim to reflect not only the physical beauty and individuality, but also their cultural and spiritual aspects.

This perspective is mirrored in "Sentences of Gazes," Ceddia’s first exhibition in Turin, that not only highlighted the strength of femininity, but also features recognizable faces of women who have crossed Ceddia's path, phisically or emotionally, leaving an indelible mark on her life.

In 2023, her work "The Empress" was published in the prestigious art magazine "Art Now".

In the same year, Ceddia achieved significant recognition by successfully participating in the "Premio Internazionale artisti d'Europa" competition, , followed by the exhibition of one of her works at the Antonio Battaglia gallery in Brera, Milan.

In March 2024, in collaboration with the Municipality of Pino Torinese and Fidapa, Chiara Ceddia presented her second solo exhibition titled "Echoes of Heritage". This event continued to highlight significant female figures, both famous and not, while simultaneously exploring the concepts of heritage and memory through her art.

In April 2024, her first exhibition abroad for the "Premio Internazionale d’Arte a Parigi" competition was held at the Thuillier Gallery in Paris, curated by the gallery owner Denis Cornet, featuring the artwork "The Stars."

In the same month, her work "Soy fràgil como una bomba" was published in the magazine "Fifteen."

In May 2024, "The Stars" is exhibited at the Francesco Gonzaga Diocesan Museum in Mantua on the occasion of the third edition of the international biennial of contemporary art, with the project "Artisti da Museo."

"The Stars" was also published in "Artisti '24. Annuario internazionale d'arte contemporanea," edited by Mondadori and curated by Luca Beatrice, Marco Rebuzzi, Sandro Serradifalco, Vittorio Sgarbi, and Leonarda Zappulla.
