Italian paintress of German origin living in Italy since 1992. In 1999 I invented my own original technique Vintage Fusion in “acrylic that looks like oil but never cracks” for which I received awards in every painting competition I entered. I've had numerous group and solo exhibitions, also in art galleries in Milan and Northern Italy, and had numerous publications in local newspapers, periodicals and art catalogs between 1999 and 2003. After that I worked for private commissions till 2007 when I took a break from art in order to study music and to graduate from an Italian music high school - conservatory. After graduating I came back to painting in 2018.

Since 2019 I'm an illustrator and  Redbubble artist and sell my pencil drawings with realistic animals and human  illustrations in cartoon style. My account on Redbubble is "KateMakStudio".

Since 2022 I'm specialized in luxury portraits on order from photos, in my Vintage Fusion hyper-realistic style which has the traditional classic oil look made with modern and more resistant material like acrylic. For decoration of luxury classic interiors for private art collections.

This year  2023 I started again taking part in art exhibitions, now I'm present at Art Basel exhibition in Basel, Switzerland with a publication about my art on Italian Art Magazine "Biancoscuro" n.58 (June-July) which is distributed at Art Basel, too.

Since July 2023 I'm a member of the international online Art Gallery Plogix and I'm represented and promoted by this gallery, too.
