Welcome to my chromatic universe. With 'FURORE', I invite you on a sensory journey into the beating heart of Italy's most famous fjord. This is not just a visual representation, it's a tactile experience.

​My intention was not simply to paint the Amalfi Coast, but to make you feel its power. I chose a mixed media, combining the fluidity of oil paints and the brilliance of acrylics with the raw, lively texture of sand mixed directly onto the canvas (51 x 35 cm).

​Look at the composition: a vertical shot that reflects the drama of the fjord. In the upper left, the mustard-colored, terracotta, and ivory nativity scene houses cling tenaciously to the steep rock. A zigzagging path, rendered material by the sand, descends to the gorge.

​The heart of the work is the descent towards the sea. The ground is a vibrant mix of sand and earth, an explosion of ochre yellows, mossy greens, and deep browns. Along this path, like colorful ants, a row of small fishing boats painted with vibrant splashes of red, blue, and white winds, unique splashes of color that break up the wild nature. To the right, a small cove of calm, turquoise water contrasts with the dark, imposing rock face. And finally, below, the deep, turbulent blue sea.

'FURORE' embodies a unique place: the bold coexistence of human architecture and the wild grandeur of nature. It is a work full of light, texture, and soul, perfect for those seeking a piece of art that expresses passion, strength, and the authentic beauty of southern Italy.
